| The Head of the Department provides leadership and coordination to achieve the educational mission of the Department consistent with that of the Faculty of Engineering and the University. He is assisted by Deputy Heads and chairpersons of various major committees who meet regularly with their members to make policy and management decisions. Each committee with 2 to 5 academic staff members is responsible for its assigned responsibilities. |
