| The purpose of the Departmental Consultative Committee (DCC) is to seek views and recommendations from various members of local industry and government agencies on our curriculum and their perception of the quality and capability of our graduates. The DCC comprises members of local industry and related government agencies - usually directors, as well as the Head, Deputy Heads and a few senior members of the Department. The DCC members are normally appointed for two years. The terms of reference of the DCC are as follows: |
| 1. To foster closer relationship and cooperation with private and public sector institutions, and |
| 2. To provide a mechanism for regular exchange of views relating to the long term planning and development of the Department in both teaching and research. |
